The devs of CCP, like any other game, will keep improving the game for both new players and the more experienced ones. It's obvious that the Citadels are the next tiers for the veteran players, and it also gives the new players something to stride...

I agree with a ton of your points. A solo player beginning to join and experience Eve early on can easily be lost in the train of thought that the player-to-player experience is nonexistent. And in many ways, it's on the player to have to move out...
